Recipes from Chef Ray's Weekly Cable Program

Chef Ray has won numerous awards including a Gold Medal in the International Culinary Olympics held every 4 year in Frankfurt, Germany. In addition, he was named Michigan Chef of the Year and led the Michigan Culinary team.

For the last 5 years, in addition to his other duties, he as been working on a weekly cable TV show called "One Pan Madness". This page contains links to his recipes from the show along with videos of the shows themselves.
